Club Yoga is a pop-up studio based in and around your local community. There are 11 classes a week to choose from and a variety of different membership options to suit your lifestyle. The teaching style encompasses sequences of flowing postures - linked with breath - to develop strength of body and mind. Focus is on safety, alignment, breath and of course, your specific needs. It is a highly effective mixture of traditional and modern yoga which has been developed in a live environment for almost twenty years.

YogaMindSpace is run by Yoga Elder Sarah O'Connor. Sarah is a British Wheel qualified yoga teacher with almost 20 years teaching experience. She is qualified in Mantra, Pranayama, Yoga for Mental Health, Remedial Yoga, Teen Yoga and is a Certified Teen Yoga Teacher Instructor.

Club Yoga classes in Hitchin are taught in a vinyasa flow style, with postures linked to the breath, to bring optimum functioning to the body and mind. Sarah's experience means that whether you're a beginner or a more experienced yoga student, the postures (asanas) can be modified to suit your ability. Sarah demonstrates clearly and helps you achieve what is right for your body. Asanas can be made easier or harder depending on your needs and ability. Classes also cover pranayama and relaxation.
